Here’s how to filter overwhelm before it hijacks your signal.
1. The Attention Gate (Daily)
Rule:
“No digital input until I’ve created one original output.”
Ideas:
Journal a belief
Draft a framework
Map a single decision with zero influence
If you consume first, you start by reacting, not designing.
2. The Input Audit (Weekly)
List every source you consume. Label each:
Signal: Useful + aligned
Static: Feels smart but distracts
Synthetic: Repeats what you already know
Keep 3 signals. Mute the rest.
3. The Filter Question (Per Source)
“Does this make me think clearer, or just feel busier?”
If it doesn’t sharpen your original thought, it doesn’t belong in your stack.

Steps:
Use ChatGPT to generate themed affirmations
(e.g., self-love, confidence, parenting, anxiety)Pick a niche audience (moms, teens, teachers, etc.)
