1. Design the Outcome
What does great look like?
Define success in 1–2 sentences
Use examples, not just explanations
Include tone, audience, and intent
2. Document the Process
Before you hand it off, walk through it once:
Record a Loom of you doing the task
List each step with bullets (think: IKEA manual)
Add context: Why does each step matter?
3. Delegate with a Feedback Loop
Delegation = collaboration, not a dump.
Include 1 feedback cycle before "final" delivery
Use simple scorecards (e.g. 1–5: Tone match, Clarity, Format)
Ask for their questions—ownership grows from clarity
