Use this framework any time you notice misaligned output—or unclear thinking:

1. Name the State Before You Prompt
Ask:

• “What energy am I bringing to this?”

• “What am I hoping this tool will fix for me right now?”

• “Do I feel pressure to rush this, or space to shape it?”

This brings presence before production.

2. Tag the Intent Behind the Ask
Every prompt has a motive. Call it out.

• “I’m looking for options so I don’t have to decide.”

• “I’m using this to avoid discomfort.”

• “I want to get to clarity without facing ambiguity.”

This helps you prompt from consciousness, not reaction.

3. Refine the Input From a New State
Even a 30-second reset can shift everything:

• Take 3 deep breaths

• Ask, “What would this look like if it were easy?”

• Write the prompt as if you already trusted the process
