Most SOPs are built for teams.
But what if you want to scale you?

At one point had a Notion database of 57 SOPs.
It looked organized. It felt efficient.

But it wasn’t working.

I was still stuck in the weeds—rewriting the same instructions, re-teaching the same frameworks.

So I flipped the model:

Instead of teaching tasks, we built ‘Promptable Plays':

• “When I want to generate an offer, ask me these 3 questions first…”

• “If I’m stuck on copy, remind me of these 4 positioning angles…”

• “Use this format to respond like me in a high-emotion situation…”

Now, instead of SOPs gathering digital dust, I run my thinking like a productized brain.

⚙️ Tactical Application: The SOP —> Prompt Stack

Here’s how to turn your workflow into a Prompt Script:

🧠 Step 1: Pick a High-Leverage Task

Choose a task you do often, but want to think less about.
Examples: writing a landing page, replying to leads, outlining a podcast episode.

✍️ Step 2: Write It Like a Prompt

Turn the process into a reusable instruction.
Format:

“You are my {Role}. Here’s the context. Ask me these questions. Output it like this.”

Example:

“You are my launch strategist. Use the following structure to help me shape an offer: {steps}”

💾 Step 3: Store It in Your Prompt Library

Drop it into Notion, Superhuman, or your tool of choice.
Even better: Create a Custom GPT or ChatGPT Memory thread and save it there.

Pro tip: Name them like “plays” not files. Think: The Offer Optimizer or The Clarity Coach.

When you follow this process, you're not just saving time—you’re multiplying clarity.
Every Prompt Script becomes a repeatable thinking asset that delivers consistent output without draining your mental energy.

You’ll make faster decisions, delegate with confidence, and never start from scratch again.

It’s like bottling your best self—and pressing play whenever you need it.

Side note: I have over 100 custom GPT’s that I’ve created for myself over the last few months. They each do a SPECIFIC thing, and all of them have been ‘codified’ to give me the exact output I want.
