Align your business flows to your identity:
Step 1: Define Your Values
List your top 3 non-negotiables. Examples:

Step 2: Map Your Core Flows
Identify your main business systems:
Marketing (content, visibility)
Sales (offers, onboarding)
Delivery (client work, products)
Write what must happen weekly for each.
Step 3: Align & Automate
For each system, set your rules:
“No client calls before noon.”
“All content batched on Tuesday.”
“Delivery automated via GPT responses.”

“Act as my System Enforcer. Keep my weekly flows aligned with these values: [values listed]. Adjust my schedule proactively, prevent misaligned bookings, and automate reminders to protect these boundaries.”
