Is this in my unique genius zone or just in my skill set?
3. Edge
Does this differentiate me in the market?
Is it deeply aligned with my positioning and POV?
🟡 Now what?
Low scores across the board? Retire or delegate.
High Edge but low Energy? Redesign or reposition.
High Energy but low Excellence? Train or collaborate.
Only high Excellence? You’re in technician mode. Time to evolve.
Use this test quarterly.
