If you don’t know what you’re building, AI will guess. (It’s not a great guesser.)

Most founders type like this:

“Write a landing page for my new coaching offer.”

And then they complain the results sound generic.

Because they are.
They didn’t prompt with a plan, they prompted with a shrug.

Here’s how to flip your prompts from meh to magnetic:

Step 1: Define the Output You Actually Want

  • Action: “Write” isn’t enough. Is it to convert? Inspire? Clarify?

  • Format: Landing page? Video script? SOP?

  • Persona: Who are you speaking to?

  • Tone: Friendly? Professional? Nate-style witty rebel?

Step 2: Fill This Prompt Formula

“You are [role]. Write a [format] for [persona] that [goal], using a tone that is [tone]. Make it [filter 1], [filter 2], and [filter 3].”

Example:

“You are a conversion-focused copywriter. Write a sales page for time-starved founders that converts cold leads into course buyers. Use a tone that is bold, warm, and strategic. Make it scannable, emotionally resonant, and CTA-driven.”

Step 3: Save as a Template

This becomes a reusable system, not just a one-off ask.
