Here’s how to reclaim clarity in your weekly rhythm.

Step 1 – Identify your Core Modes

Choose 3–4 dominant modes you cycle through in a week:

🌿 Rest / Recovery

Step 2 – Assign Themes to Days

Example:

  • Mon = Strategy + Deep Work

  • Tues = Calls + Output
