Step 2 – Define Your Decision Filters

Answer: What 3 questions will I ask before saying yes to anything?

Example:

• Does this build my signal or steal it?

• Does this scale my impact or just my input?

• Would Future Me thank me for this?

Step 3 – Design Your Energy Rhythms

Answer: When do I think best? Sell best? Rest best?

Example:

• Deep work 7–11am

• Strategy 2–4pm

• Recovery 6–9pm
