2. Codify the Voice Layer
→ What tone, style, or language reflects your brand?
→ Use examples, metaphors, even screenshots.
3. Install the Execution Layer
→ Create a step-by-step SOP with context, not just checklists.
→ Add AI support where needed to scale clarity.
