🧠This Week’s Perspective Shift
From: delegating because you’re overloaded
To: delegating because your decisions are already complete
Theme for the Quarter: Intelligent Elevation
Theme for the Week: Decide, Then Delegate
Quote of the Week:
“A clear decision is the highest form of leverage.”

Justin’s Weekly Reflection
This week kept circling back to a simple truth I’ve ignored at times.
(maybe you have too):
A decision isn’t real until it settles.
Once it settles, delegation stops being a friction game and becomes a transfer of intent.
A handoff, not a hail-Mary.
A continuation, rather than a correction.
And there’s something almost alchemical about that moment when clarity finally lands.
Because once it does… the whole system around you rearranges itself to support it.
That’s been the theme behind everything we explored this week:
Not “delegating because you’re drowning.”
But delegating because the decision is already complete.
There’s a big difference between those two states.
One drains you. One multiplies you.
And if I’m honest… this whole week of writing, teaching, and building made me revisit my own decision-making patterns.
Where I waffle.
Where I over-explain.
Where I pass a half-formed idea downstream and hope it magically becomes the thing I meant. (That never works. You and I both know this.)
So this week became a kind of calibration:
Less pressure.
More intent.
Less motion.
More meaning.
And while all of this was unfolding, something else interesting happened behind the scenes…
Our Black Friday Mega Bundle wrapped up, and honestly, the response blew us away.
But a handful of you messaged saying you missed it.
Wrong day. Wrong hour. Traveling. Family. Life doing that thing life does.
So here’s what we decided:
For the next few days only (just as a small “early Cyber Monday” window) we reopened that same bundle at 82% off.
No hype.
No changes in the products up for grabs.
Just a quiet second chance if you wanted it and life got loud last week.
If you’re one of the people building something real right now, something that needs structure and leverage underneath it… you may want to peek at what we stacked inside that bundle.
Decide first.
Then act.
Then let everything else support the decision you already made.
That’s the rhythm I’m leaning into next week.
You’re welcome to borrow it.

Now for the recap …

📬 Weekly Recap: Decide, Then Delegate
This week was about restoring the founder’s core power:
…the ability to make clear decisions, and delegate from clarity vs pressure.
Great delegation doesn’t start with assigning tasks.
It starts with finished decisions.
When your decision is complete, delegation becomes aligned.
When your decision has context, delegation becomes smooth.
When your decision has structure, delegation becomes scalable.
This week, we built the internal architecture behind that clarity:
One lens for making decisions.
One structure for handing them off.
One weekly rhythm to tighten it all.
Here’s what we covered this week 👇

This Week’s Highlights:
Monday – Decide First, Delegate Second
“Delegation works best when the decision is already complete.”
You learned how to:
Identify decisions that aren’t shaped yet
Use the Decision Completion Test
Make delegation frictionless by finishing the thinking upstream

Over the next year, Roku predicts that 100% of the streaming audience will see ads. For growth marketers in 2026, CTV will remain an important “safe space” as AI creates widespread disruption in the search and social channels. Plus, easier access to self-serve CTV ad buying tools and targeting options will lead to a surge in locally-targeted streaming campaigns.
Read our guide to find out why growth marketers should make sure CTV is part of their 2026 media mix.

🏆 Tip of the Week:
Wednesday – Delegate to AI Like You Delegate to a Team Member
This one created the biggest shift.
It showed founders that AI delegation is real delegation:
your decision shapes the output.
A finished decision becomes a clear prompt.
A clear prompt becomes aligned execution.
