🧠 This Week’s Perspective Shift
From: chasing AI tools and tactics
To: designing signal-driven systems that actually ship work
Theme for the Quarter: Operational Leverage With AI
Theme for the Week: The Signal Protocol – Escape the noise of shiny AI things
Quote of the Week:
“The quieter you become, the more you can hear.” – Ram Dass

Justin’s Weekly Reflection
This week wasn’t about learning more AI.
It was about ignoring more of it.
Because right now, the real risk isn’t falling behind.
It’s getting buried.
New tools.
New features.
New workflows.
New “must-try” tactics.
Noise.
And noise feels like progress—until you realize:
You’re busy…
but not building anything that compounds.
So this week, we did something different.
We stepped back.
We mapped the system.
We chose where AI belongs.
We protected what must stay human.
We designed clean hand-offs.
Then we executed - small, real, measurable.
That’s signal.
Because signal isn’t louder.
It’s clearer.
And the founders who win this quarter won’t be the ones using the most AI.
They’ll be the ones using it with the most intention.

📬 Weekly Recap: The Workflow Map (Where AI Should—and Shouldn’t—Touch)
This week was a builder reset:
Stop sprinkling AI across random tasks.
Start placing it inside workflows that actually move the business.
Here’s what we installed 👇

This Week’s Highlights:
Monday - Your Business Is 5 Workflows
“You don’t automate tasks. You automate flows.”
You learned how to:
simplify your business into 5 core workflows (Lead → Sale → Fulfill → Support → Retain)
see where work actually moves (instead of scattered tasks)
create a clear structure for where AI belongs
Tuesday - The AI Fit Test
“Just because AI can do it doesn’t mean it should.”
You learned how to:
evaluate tasks using Leverage vs Risk
decide between automate, assist, keep human, or eliminate
avoid over-automation that breaks quality and trust
Wednesday -Where AI Breaks
“Speed without judgment erodes trust.”
You learned how to:
identify the 3 failure zones: context, compliance, and customer trust
build a “Do Not Automate” list
protect high-stakes moments from careless automation
Thursday - The Workflow Hand-Off
“Relay beats replacement.”
You learned how to:
design Human → AI → Human workflows
keep judgment at the start and end
let AI handle production without losing control
Friday - Your First Automation Should Save 30 Minutes a Day
“Small wins compound faster than big plans.”
You learned how to:
pick one workflow slice (not the whole system)
automate something that saves time daily
build momentum with simple, repeatable wins

How Jennifer Aniston’s LolaVie brand grew sales 40% with CTV ads
The DTC beauty category is crowded. To break through, Jennifer Aniston’s brand LolaVie, worked with Roku Ads Manager to easily set up, test, and optimize CTV ad creatives. The campaign helped drive a big lift in sales and customer growth, helping LolaVie break through in the crowded beauty category.

🏆 Tip of the Week:
Thursday — The Workflow Hand-Off (Human → AI → Human)
They either:
do everything manually
or automate everything blindly
Both break.
The hand-off fixes it.
It creates a clean system where:
humans define the work
AI produces the work
humans approve the work
That’s where speed meets judgment.
If you revisit one idea this weekend, revisit this one.
It’s the difference between:
“AI helping” vs “AI actually shipping.”
