This week wasn’t about doing less work.
It was about carrying less weight.
Because most founders don’t burn out from effort.
They burn out from responsibility that never leaves them.
Everything flows through them.
Everything depends on them.
Everything comes back to them.
Even after they “delegate.”
That’s the illusion.
You can have a team.
You can have AI.
You can have systems.
And still feel like the center of everything.
So this week, we changed that.
We didn’t just hand off tasks.
We built structure.
We trained it.
We systemized it.
We gave it rules.
Then we measured if it actually worked.
Because real leverage isn’t visible in activity.
It’s visible in absence.
In what no longer needs you.
