Turn Attention Into Sales
If your audience knows who you are but still isn’t buying, the missing piece may not be more visibility. It may be the system that turns attention into trust, trust into offers, and offers into clients. Get the free video and blueprint here.
Today's Perspective Shift
From: I'll figure out data rules when something goes wrong.
To: I decide what touches AI before I automate anything.
Theme for the Quarter: Operational Leverage With AI
Theme for the Week: Data + Privacy Boundaries
So far this week, we've covered why the cheapest AI insurance is the data you never type, sorted every data type into Green, Yellow, and Red before it hits a prompt, and mapped the 9 things that should never touch a model. Yesterday, we built guardrails that make safe the default without slowing you down.
✨ In Today's Episode:
Why every AI tool is one bad prompt away from a leak
The lethal trifecta as your personal pre-build checklist
A one-page policy you can ship before lunch today
The mindset that separates operators from clean-up crews

The One Page That Stops Your Next Data Leak
Boundaries before features. Always. |
A single sheet of paper is the cheapest insurance your operation will ever buy.
🧠 ONE Smart Idea
Most operators automate first.
Then they pray nothing leaks.
Flip it.
Decide what data NEVER touches AI before you build anything.
One page. One hour. Total clarity.
That single sheet is the cheapest insurance you'll ever buy.

📖 Story Spark
Here's a phrase that should live rent-free in your head.
Simon Willison, the engineer who coined "prompt injection," named another monster: the lethal trifecta.
It's three capabilities that, when combined, turn any AI agent into a breach waiting to happen:
Access to your private data
Exposure to untrusted content (a webpage, an email, a PDF you didn't write)
The ability to send data out
Any agent with all three is one cleverly poisoned input away from quietly shipping your client list to a stranger.
And here's the kicker. You don't need to be a hacker target. You just need an agent that reads your inbox, summarizes a sketchy webpage, and can hit "send."
Sound like a workflow you already run?
Yeah. Mine too.
That's not a reason to panic. It's a reason to draw a line. On purpose. Today.

⚙️ Tactical Application: Ship Your One-Page Data Boundary Policy
You don't need a security team. You need one page and 45 minutes.
Open a doc. Title it "Data Boundary Policy." Fill in these four boxes.
1. The Green List (data AI can touch)
Write down what's safe to feed any tool.
Public marketing copy
Blog drafts and outlines
Anonymized examples
Anything already on your website
If it's already public, it's green.
2. The Red List (data that NEVER touches AI)
This is the box that saves you.
Client names tied to private details
Payment info, contracts, legal docs
Passwords, API keys, credentials
Anything you'd hate to read in a screenshot online
If a leak would cost you a client or a lawsuit, it's red. No exceptions.
3. The Trusted Tools List
Name the specific tools allowed to handle real work.
Which AI gets your "internal" data?
Which one only gets public stuff?
Which random Chrome extension gets nothing, ever?
You're deciding the perimeter before the perimeter decides for you.
4. The Trifecta Check
Before you connect any new agent, ask three questions:
Can it read my private data?
Can it ingest content I didn't write?
Can it send data out?
If you check all three, you break one on purpose. Strip its send permission. Or feed it only green-list data. Or keep untrusted content out.
Break the trifecta. Keep the leverage.
That's the whole game.
Most experts try to "attract" clients with more content and more DMs, then wonder why the pipeline still feels like a coin flip every month. There's a calmer way to do this, and it runs on a system instead of your energy. I put the whole thing in a short free video.
Watch it free and you'll see the exact 3-step asset that turns attention into booked clients on repeat, without ads, without DMs, and without another discovery call that wears you out. You'll also get the "Attention Into Sales" Blueprint sent to your inbox the moment you opt in.

🧭 Intelligent Elevation
Here's the paradigm shift hiding inside this one page.
For years, "AI security" sounded like an enterprise problem. Firewalls. Compliance teams. Stuff for people with a CISO.
That era is over. As the CSO Online breakdown puts it, agent security is no longer purely architectural. It's operational.
Translation: the risk doesn't live in how the tool was coded. It lives in how YOU run it.
That's good news for an operator. It means you don't need a PhD to be safe. You need a decision.
This is what "Operational Leverage With AI" actually looks like. Leverage isn't just speed. Leverage is doing more without multiplying your exposure. A reckless operator who ships fast and leaks data isn't leveraged. They're gambling.
The operators who compound are the ones who set boundaries first, then automate hard inside those boundaries. They sleep well because the line is drawn. They move fast because they're not afraid of their own tools.
Boundaries aren't the opposite of speed.
Boundaries are what make speed survivable.

💬 Closing Insight
You will plug AI into something sensitive this quarter. Maybe this week.
The only question is whether you decided the rules first, or discovered them after the leak.
One page. Green list. Red list. Trusted tools. Trifecta check. That's it. You can finish it before your coffee goes cold.
The operators who win the AI decade aren't the ones with the most tools. They're the ones who know exactly what those tools are allowed to touch.
