Dump your raw thoughts or tension points. Doesn’t need to be pretty.

Step 2 – Pattern Detection (AI)

Prompt:
“What patterns, assumptions, or blind spots do you notice in my reflection above?”

Let the AI act as a mirror, not a magician.

Step 3 – Reframe and Refocus

Prompt:
“Based on this, what would be the one question worth asking myself today?”

Now journal on that one question—unassisted.

That’s the loop.
